California firefighters battled a three-alarm blaze that tore through a carport near multiple apartment buildings early Thursday.
Crews responded to the fire shortly before 2:30 a.m. at a garage port on North Sierra Way in San Bernardino, according to LoudLabs News. Video from the scene shows flames engulfing the carport, and families in nearby units were asked to evacuate because of the intensity of the blaze.
Along with affecting the carport, the fire also damaged an unspecified amount of vehicles, KABC-TV reports. No injuries were reported.
